Body
Legislative History
Resolution 23-24 - Authorized reimbursement to First Congregation Church of Hudson for storm water repairs.
Purpose & Explanation
The stormwater system runs from Baldwin Street, southwest through private property, to North Main Street. This existing storm sewer crosses 8 different parcels and requires an easement to allow the City of Hudson to repair, maintain or replace the system when needed.
This stormwater concern was brought to the attention of the Engineering Department after a portion of the 18" storm sewer, on land owned by the First Congregational Church of Hudson, needed to be repaired. The Church, at its expense, repaired the problem.
The storm system is the responsibility of the City of Hudson and easements along the storm line from Baldwin to N. Main Street (SR. 91) are being prepared.
This easement is in response to Resolution 23-24 so the City of Hudson can make repairs when needed.
