Brief Description: A resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Securitas Technology Corporation and the expenditure of $125,000. This is for the purchase of a replacement Security and Intercom System Upgrades.

Purpose & Explanation
This is to replace the obsolete Security, Door Controller, Intercom and other associated systems presently installed in the police building since it was constructed over 22 years ago. The new equipment replaces all the obsolete components of our current system which are at the end of life. This includes the Programmable Logic Controller, I/O Systems Upgrade, Syntinel/Data Logging System and Intercom System.
