Purpose & Explanation

The City Administration will be in attendance to update City Council on the schedule for the public input, the purchase and sale agreement for the Fairmount Properties conceptual plan which was presented to City Council for the Downtown Phase 2 area.  See the attach map and information.

Timing Considerations

The Developer’s proposed schedule is to finalize a purchase and sale agreement for the property by mid-November and develop the final plans and approvals with the City’s boards in the winter of 2022.

Suggested Action

The City Administration recommends City Council consider this Development Plan for the Downtown Phase 2 development site and also provide the administration with direction in order to complete a Purchase and Sale Agreement for the City property in November.
