Purpose & Explanation

This Resolution enables the City Manager to execute the documents necessary to remove certain title matters related to properties owned by the Merino family in downtown Hudson to facilitate the sale of said properties to the Margaret Clark Morgan Foundation, as requested in attached letter, Exhibit A.
