A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 21-155 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, DURING THE YEAR 2022, TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS OR TO UTILIZE VARIOUS CHARTER AUTHORIZED GOVERNMENTAL COMPETITIVE PURCHASING AND ENTER INTO CONTRACTS FOR CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT, AND VEHICLES AND IN ORDER TO PURCHASE FOOD AND BEVERAGES, BEER AND WINE, AND PROSHOP MERCHANDISE; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
Brief Description: For the 2022 season to date, the Ellsworth Meadows Golf Course has experienced a significant increase in the sale of food & beverages, beer & wine, and pro shop merchandise. As such, staff has estimated required inventory purchases to finish out the 2022 season and requests adjusted appropriations to cover expected expenses.

Purpose & Explanation
Due to increased sales of food and beverages, beer and wine, and pro shop merchandise, staff is requesting adjusted budget appropriations in the golf course area of operation as listed below.
1) Food / Beverage - increase permission from $60,600 to $125,000
2) Beer / Wine - increase permission from $35,000 to $60,000
3) Golf Pro Items - increase permission from $75,000 to $165,000
