Purpose & Explanation
This service contract was publicly bid per City charter. One (1) bid was received on February 5, 2019 from Reilly Sweeping Inc. This contract will be for a two-year term with a two-year renewal option should services be acceptable, and pricing remain reasonable. Below is Reilly Sweeping Inc. 2018 Contract Price and the new 2019-2020 contract bid amount.

The new pricing results in an annual service cost savings of $7,921.00

The City Administration is requesting City Council approval to authorize the City Manager to award and enter into a contract with Reilly Sweeping, Inc. for Street Sweeping Services at the not to exceed contract amount of $34,379.00.
