Purpose & Explanation
With the continued growth of Velocity Broadband, staff has developed a mission statement to help guide our decision-making and communicate the intended direction of the service. Staff is recommending the following mission statement: Velocity Broadband is dedicated to providing Hudson businesses with reliable, high-speed internet and voice services, while striving to exceed and surpass customer expectations.
