Purpose & Explanation

Saddened by the tragic events occurring across our country, the City’s elected officials stand steadfast against racism and reaffirm the City’s commitment to fighting for racial justice and human and civil rights for all.  Elected officials, along with the Hudson Police Department and all City staff are committed to engaging in continuing communication and dialog with the community to address issues of systemic racism and intolerance and their impact on individuals and on the community as a whole.
