Purpose & Explanation

The City Council has considered the sale of a portion of the property at 1140 Terex Road; this Resolution authorizes the said sale and transfer of the public property to the residential property owner Jeffrey R. Tauring located at 5620 Hudson Drive for the agreed upon certified appraised value of $23,750.00.  The resident currently has a fence encroachment located in this area and the City has no use for the land.
