Purpose & Explanation

Staff sought funding from the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation through a Safety Intervention Program Grant to assist with funding a power ambulance cot and power cot loading system for one of the Hudson EMS ambulances.  The grant provides funding on a 75% (OBWC) / 25% (City) basis.  Hudson EMS received $37,217.36 in grant forwarding toward the total project cost of $49,623.14.  The City’s match is $12,405.78.
