Purpose & Explanation
Following the adoption of the City's Strategic Plan (October, 2012), the City Administration worked with City staff to create a draft Action Plan. The draft Action Plan (attached) identifies the specific steps that will be taken to achieve the Plan's strategic objectives and goals. The action plan is geared toward operations, procedures, and processes, thus providing a roadmap showing how we will navigate the journey to reach the City's Vision and Mission destination.
Timing Considerations
Following the February 26, 2013 City Council Workshop review and comment session staff will update the Draft Action Plan document with Council's suggested comments.
