Executive Summary: Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code, Section 3709.07, City Council must approve the City Manager's appointment of a City of Hudson representative to serve on the Board of Health.

Purpose & Explanation
Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code, Section 3709.07, the City Manager has appointed Larry Nichols, EMS Operations Manager, to serve as the City's representative on the Board of Health; and City Council must formally approve this appointment. The Board of Health meets monthly.
Timing Considerations
The current term expires on December 31, 2014, and a new four-year term will commence on January 1, 2015.
