A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH GPD GROUP FOR THE DESIGN OF THE OAK GROVE INCLUSIVE PLAYGROUND; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
Purpose & Explanation
This restroom facility will have running water and flushable toilets. This need is due to the park users requiring assistance for children and adults with special assistance requirements.
Timing Considerations
The purchase would be completed through the Sourcewell contract #052725. It is anticipated that the installation of restroom will occur spring 2026.

Staff recommends entering into a purchase and installation contract with CXT Concrete Buildings for the purchase of a prefabricated concrete restroom structure to be installed at Oak Grove Park, not to exceed the amount of $124,950.00
