Brief Description:  Following a discussion with City Council an ordinance to incorporate amendments to the short term rental policy and allowances currently regulated within Chapter 876 of the codified Ordinances.

April 2026 Update:  Staff have attached an additional memo following up from the March discussion.  Two amendments have been proposed in the attached redline with additional Council direction requesting within the memo.
