A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION NOT TO IMPLEMENT THE GROWTH MANAGEMENT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ALLOCATION SYSTEM DURING CALENDAR YEAR 2023.
Brief Description: The City is not removing the Growth Management Allocation System; however, because of no appreciable population change, the system would not be implemented for 2023.

Ordinance No. 16-35, adopted March 15, 2016, deferring administration of the growth management allocation system until the Land Development Code (LDC) is updated.
Ordinance No. 16-203, adopted April 4, 2017, amending Chapter 1211 of the LDC in its entirety to allow implementation of the Growth Management Residential Development Allocation System when the annual population increases by 1.5% and to simplify the system if it is implemented.
