A criminal history search of Police Department records was performed using the information provided by the Ohio Division of Liquor Control, which included the name of the company's owner. No records were found. Please note that a copy of Form 4032 (Limited Liability Company Disclosure) is on file.
Timing Considerations
The Clerk of Council must respond to the Ohio Division of Liquor Control no later than April 8, 2013, concerning the City's request for a hearing.
