Legislative History
None.
Purpose & Explanation
At the time the plat of Hudson Pines Subdivision was recorded a "5' Reservation to The County of Summit until such time that this road is legally extended" was placed at the east end of Pine Grove Drive as is typical for streets that may be extended.  Such is the case now with the platting of Pine Grove Estates Phase I which will extend Pine Grove Drive 200 feet.  Council must release the reservation strip to allow the street to be extended.  A reservation strip is shown on the final plat of Pine Grove Estates Phase I at the new termination of Pine Grove Drive.  The release should be effective only upon the recording of the final plat of Pine Grove Estates Phase I.
Timing Considerations
The preliminary plan for Pine Grove Estates was approved February 11, 2013.  The final plat is scheduled for final action April 8, 2013.
