The first such license agreement was authorized by Council September 3, 1997 according to Ordinance 97-123.  An Amended and Restated License Agreement was authorized by Council June 4, 2008 to account for additional parking south of Veteran's Way extended according to Ordinance 08-74.
Purpose & Explanation
On July 17, 2014 Planning Commission approved the site plan for a new building at 75 South Main Street with the condition that the existing Amended and Restated License Agreement concerning shared ingress/egress, driveways, and parking over 65 and 85 South Main Street be revised to account for the new building.
