Purpose & Explanation
An Application for Change of Corporate Stock Ownership (Form DLC4158 on file) has been submitted to the Ohio Division of Liquor Control.  This form indicates a change of shareholders and amount of shares from the current permit holders, Jay D. Minor and Terese F. DeLollis, to William V. Evans, Jr. and Terese F. DeLollis.
A criminal history search of Police Department records has indicated no arrest records on file; therefore, there is no basis for such a hearing.
Timing Considerations
The Clerk of Council must respond to the Ohio Division of Liquor Control no later than May 30, 2013, concerning City Council's request for a hearing.
