Suggested Action

Based on Council direction from the October 24, 2023 workshop discussion, the proposed amendments relevant to temporary contractor offices and temporary construction sites have been prepared. 

City Council conducted a first reading and referral to the planning Commission on November 21, 2023

Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on December 11, 2023.  The planning Commission forwarded a recommendation to adopt the proposed amendment with the recommendation to specific the public sign posting be a minimum of 8 square feet in size.  A revised draft ordinance has been attached with this incorporated.
