Purpose & Explanation
The City of Hudson has historically bid out cleaning/housekeeping services.  This service contract is a two (2) year contract with an option to renew the contract for an additional two (2) years if services are acceptable and pricing remains reasonable.

Contract term begins on January 1, 2014.

Suggested Action
Staff recommends City Council pass a resolution allowing the City Manager to enter into a service contract with M.A.T. Cleaning Service, 2712 Progress Park Drive, Stow, Ohio 44224, at the low bid of $80,015.46 with a 15% contingency for unknowns and additions for a total of $92,018.00 per year, for a contract term of two (2) years with an option to renew the contract for an additional two (2) years provided services are performed to the City's satisfaction and pricing remains reasonable.
