Executive Summary: Summit County and the Department of Housing and Urban Development are requiring communities that participate in the CDBG and HOME programs to execute amendments to their agreements with the county.

Council approved the original "Agreement of Cooperation with the County of Summit for the Community Development Block Grant Program" in Resolution No. 93-35 on June 21, 1993. The Agreement became effective on July 13, 1993.

Timing Considerations
The County has requested that the Amendment be executed and returned by September 22, 2014.
