Purpose & Explanation
It is customary to publicly thank citizens who have volunteered their time and talents as a member of a Council-appointed meeting body. Joseph Mulligan was appointed by City Council on May 21, 2003, to serve on the Planning Commission, to fulfill an unexpired term ending on January 1, 2007. He was re-appointed to additional terms in 2007 and 2011, and served as the Commission's Vice Chair in 2010 and 2011 and as Chair in 2012, 2013, and 2014.
Timing Considerations
Joseph Mulligan did not seek re-appointment upon completion of his term on January 1, 2015.
