Purpose & Explanation
The City Administration would like to discuss with City Council the attached written storm water policy that addresses where & if the City of Hudson will perform storm sewer related work within the public property and easements, or on private property, if approved. (See attached policy).
Timing Considerations
If the legislation is approved by the City Council, the policy will go into effect following the required public council meetings and public input.
