Purpose & Explanation
Dr. Jay Carter, Medical Director, has expressed his support for acceptance of a Lucas Automated CPR Device, generously donated to Hudson's EMS by University Hospitals of Cleveland.  See attached correspondence from Dr. Carter and Charitable Donation Agreement form.    
Timing Considerations
With acceptance of this donation, EMS will implement use of the Lucas Automated CPR Device immediately.
