Purpose & Explanation
The ordinance will accept the dedication of rights-of-way, easements, and public improvements for Middleton Park Estates Subdivision. The City Solicitor advises that acceptance of dedication of subdivisions should be approved by ordinances of City Council. The City Engineer's office has inspected the subdivision and has found that the improvements have been installed according to approved plans and City standards. The City has required a Maintenance Bond of the developer.
