Purpose & Explanation
On February 3, 2015 Hudson City Council approved a Resolution authorizing a Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) Agreement with Ramco Associates, LLC. The proposed Resolution would ratify a separate Agreement with Ramco, passed on February 9, 2015, by the Hudson School District, to approve the above CRA and the compensation agreement that was part of it.
