Purpose & Explanation
Bids were received on May 5, 2015 for the Stow Road/SR 303 Storm Sewer Improvement Project. After further review of the project, City Staff has determined that this project may be constructed at a later date in the future; therefore we are recommending rejection of all bids received.
Timing Considerations
Upon approval of this Resolution, staff will return all bid bonds to the Contractors.
