Executive Summary: As part of the approved 2015 fleet capital replacement budget, the Parks Department has obtained CUE government program pricing for the purchase of one (1) fleet replacement vehicle and wishes to secure pricing and place the vehicle order.

Purpose & Explanation
As per the 2015 approved Parks Department budget, Parks Department has solicited pricing for one (1) fleet replacement vehicles. The vehicles will be purchased through Montrose Auto Group utilizing the CUE contract program. Vehicle equipment and/or attachments will be purchased through competitive quotes at time of installation.
The newly purchased vehicle will be a 2015 Ford F250 truck which will replace one (1) existing fleet vehicle within the Parks Department. The vehicle being replaced will be internet auctioned or recycled to another City department that may require a vehicle for a less intensive use. The CUE price for the replacement truck will not exceed $35,000.

Staff recommends City Council authorize the City Manager to enter into a purchase agreement with the Montrose Auto Group 3960 Medina Rd Akron, Ohio 44333 for the purchase of one(1) 2015 Ford F 250-Series Truck at a total CUE purchase price not to exceed $35,000.
