Purpose & Explanation

Bids were received on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 for the Hudson Springs Park Bike Path Project.  Below is the Engineer’s Estimate along with the respective bids.

Engineer’s Estimate: $141,190.79

Vizmeg Landscape                                                               $169,353.20
Cavanaugh
                                                               $239,000.00

Due to the bids coming in 10% over the Engineer’s Estimate, the City Administration is requesting a motion to reject the above bid and rebid this work in August 2015.

This work will be rebid in August 2015.
