Executive Summary: This Resolution provides recognition and thanks to Ms. Marcia Boote, Mr. Robert Cain, Dr. Ann Coleman, Mr. Andrew Duff, Mr. Randall Nye, Mr. George Roth, and Mr. Joseph Mulligan for their service as members of the Charter Review Commission.

Purpose & Explanation
It is customary to publicly recognize and formally thank citizens who have volunteered their time and talents as members of a Council-appointed meeting body. On January 6, 2015, Council appointed Ms. Marcia Boote, Mr. Robert Cain, Dr. Ann Coleman, Mr. Andrew Duff, Mr. Randall Nye, and Mr. George Roth; and on March 3, 2015, Council appointed Mr. Joseph Mulligan to serve on the Charter Review Commission.

Members of the 2015 Charter Review Commission completed their terms in office on November 3, 2015, the date of the general election.
