Purpose & Explanation
City Council and staff have met on several occasions to review the City’s Five-Year Plan. The purpose of this resolution is to adopt the plan “in concept”. There is separate legislation approving appropriations for 2017.
Included with this memo is a summary of the changes that were made to the original plan. The final version of the plan will include additional notations of significant year over year variances and any significant changes in the original projected revenue and/or balances.
Timing Considerations
Staff recommends the resolution go through three readings with adoption at the December 20, 2016 meeting.
