The following proposed legislation has been reviewed by the Planning Commission. These Ordinances and the Planning Commission's recommendations are currently under consideration by City Council:
Ord. No. 16-57, entitled "An Ordinance Amending Chapters 1202, "Administrative and Review Roles," 1203 "Development Review and Administrative Procedures," 1205, "Zoning Districts," 1207, "Zoning Development and Site Plan Standards," and 1213, "Definitions," of the Land Development Code to Implement the Amendments to the Charter of the City of Hudson Adopted in 2015."

Timing Considerations
Council meeting of December 6, 2016: public hearings were held and Ordinances received second readings.
Council workshop of December 13, 2016: discussion is planned.
Council meeting of December 20, 2016: Ordinances will receive third readings and will be actionable.
