Body

Legislative History

Ordinance No. 15-189 established appropriations (ie. budget) for 2016.

 Purpose & Explanation

This ordinance amends the budget for expenditures for additional and/or amended appropriations for items that were not included in the 2015 budget or require an adjustment to budget.  These items are discussed in detail on the attached Exhibit A.

Many of these amendments were necessary due to the changes in personnel chargeback throughout 2016.  Where possible, we reduced budgets to offset increases.

Timing Considerations

We would like this Ordinance to be passed immediately to allow the requests to proceed.
