It is customary to publicly thank citizens who have volunteered their time and talents as a member of a Council-appointed meeting body. Ed Resnick was appointed by City Council on October 3, 2012, to serve a partial term on the Environmental Awareness Committee, and he was re-appointed in 2013 to serve a full term.
