Purpose & Explanation
This grant will be used to help fund the Brandywine Creek storm water modeling study. The City Staff is currently working with Northeast Regional Sewer District and several consultants on this proposed storm water modeling study. Staff plans to have a proposal to City Council on this study in February, 2017 for discussion.
Timing Considerations
The agreement requires an interim report be completed by July 31, 2017 and the final report no later than January 31, 2018.

Suggested Action
Staff recommends that City Council authorize the City Manager to enter into the agreement and accept funding from the Ohio Lake Erie Commission from the Lake Erie Protection Fund Small Grant in the amount of $15,000.00.
