Purpose & Explanation

Staff is seeking a reimbursement grant from the Ohio Department of Public Safety, Division of Emergency Medical Services, for a Child CRISis Manikin.  The mannequin costs $5,400, and if awarded, the grant would be for a partial reimbursement.

The grant application is due April 1, 2017.

Suggested Action

Staff recommends that City Council authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to apply for the Emergency Medical Services Training and Equipment grant from the Ohio Department of Public Safety, Division of Emergency Medical Services, on behalf of Hudson EMS.
