Executive Summary: The Ohio Department of Transportation requires local consent legislation allowing its maintenance department to perform guardrail upgrades within the corporate limits of any municipality that the identified state routes transect.

Purpose & Explanation
As part of the Ohio Department of Transportation maintenance programs the State requires City of Hudson consent legislation to guardrail upgrades within the City of Hudson corporate limits. The state shall assume and bear 100% of the costs for such upgrade activities. The Ohio Department of Transportation will be making repairs on SR 91 at mile marker 13.10. This is the intersection of SR 91 and Terex Road. Guardrail ends will be replaced on the northwest and southwest corners of the intersection.
