Purpose & Explanation
The City of Hudson is currently represented on four (4), AMP Board of Trustees sub-committees. The Board of Trustees and sub-committees meet on a monthly basis at AMP headquarters located in Columbus, Ohio. The City holds seats on the following AMP committees:
• Hydro Power Projects Committee
• AMP Generation Station Committee (AMPGS)
• Prairie State Project Committee
• Transmission/RTO Committee
