Executive Summary: The Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District's (NEORSD) Community Cost-Share Program provides funding to member communities, like the City of Hudson, for community specific stormwater management projects. 25% of the total annual Stormwater Fee collected from each community is allocated to the Community Cost-Share Account of each Member Community. The City also received a $15,000 grant from the Ohio Lake Erie Commission, making this project cost-neutral to the City.

Purpose & Explanation
Staff applied for participation in the NEORSD Community Cost-Share Program. NEORSD has approved the City's application for funds in the amount of $61,332 to be used towards the Brandywine Creek Watershed Study.
Timing Considerations
This Resolution needs Council's approval prior to the consultant starting the Brandywine Creek Watershed Study for the City of Hudson.
