Purpose & Explanation

Staff sought supplemental funding from the Hudson Garden Club for the watering and maintenance of large flower pots on Clinton Street and Park Lane.  Due to construction and merchant preferences, the funds will instead be used to water plants behind Open Door Coffee, north of the parking deck, the Clocktower trough and a long bed north of and adjacent to Open Door Coffee.
