a) Show cornerboards on all the elevations. Accurately depict proposed rake boards, soffit detail and gable returns at the left and right elevations.
b) Label the proposed window style and material. Suggest reusing the windows on the existing garage and reducing the span without an opening to a maximum of twelve feet.
c) Suggest recessing the single garage bay from the front wall of the garage.
d) AHBR members state vinyl siding is not an appropriate material for this structure. Suggest wood or cement board siding.
