Executive Summary:  This Ordinance will update the Codified Ordinances of the City of Hudson to include the most recent additions to the list of discussion topics that members of a public body may consider in an executive session pursuant to RC § 121.22(G) that are applicable to a municipal corporation in Ohio.

Legislative History

Both Sections 206.02 and 220.05 of the City of Hudson Administrative Code have been updated periodically over the years pursuant to relevant changes in the Ohio Revised Code.

Purpose & Explanation

Over time, the Ohio State Legislature, through RC § 121.22(G), has carved out additional discussion topics that members of a public body may consider in an executive session.  This Ordinance updates the City’s Code to be current with the most recent relevant revisions to RC § 121.22(G).
