Purpose & Explanation
Based on Jane Howington’s performance over the past year, Council desires to amend her employment agreement to provide a merit increase in salary and to award a bonus payment.
Timing Considerations
A salary adjustment will be retroactive to August 1, 2017, and a bonus will be payable on December 31, 2017.
