Purpose & Explanation
Attached are the return on investment (ROI) calculations and potential project sites for the proposed HPP solar system. Staff seeks discussion and Council direction regarding the interest in proceeding with the project and a decision on the site location. Upon project approval and selection of the system site, staff will seek formal approval to work with Courtney and Associates, Public Utility Consultants to develop and solicit for project RFP’s and power purchase agreement.
