The City Staff will discuss the space utilization study for the PASCO facility and update City Council and the Mayor on the project.
Timing Considerations
Tentative Schedule:
• First group to PASCO in Feb., 2018. Minor renovations in order to co-exist with present owner and improve the building to ADA requirements.
• Second group to PASCO in July 2018. First phase of major renovations: Building open to the public. Major office renovations to first floor of the building creating Engineering, CD, Utility Billing and other Administrative offices.
• Final group from Public Works to PASCO in September 2018.
• Second phase of major renovations to be determined. Includes lower floor public spaces, and additional parking area.
