Purpose & Explanation

The City Staff will discuss the space utilization study for the PASCO facility and update City Council and the Mayor on the project.

Timing Considerations

Tentative Schedule:

                     First group to PASCO in Feb., 2018.  Minor renovations in order to co-exist with present owner and improve the building to ADA requirements.

                     Second group to PASCO in July 2018.  First phase of major renovations:  Building open to the public.  Major office renovations to first floor of the building creating Engineering, CD, Utility Billing and other Administrative offices.

                     Final group from Public Works to PASCO in September 2018. 

                     Second phase of major renovations to be determined.  Includes lower floor public spaces, and additional parking area.
