Purpose & Explanation
Staff reviewed the input received at the joint City Council/Planning Commission meeting and is providing Council with an updated map and recap notes from that joint meeting, Staff would also like to have a discussion with respect to varied housing within the City in light of the Phase I internal/external outreach results and the City’s Comprehensive Plan. Staff is specifically interested in what varied housing means to Council and where the City should take steps to encourage varied housing development within the City.
