Purpose & Explanation

The City of Hudson diligently promotes open and transparent government by adhering to Ohio’s Public Records Law and Open Meetings Law.  These two laws together comprise Ohio’s “Sunshine Laws.”  For more information, refer to Ohio Sunshine Laws: An Open Government Resource Manual, available on the Ohio Attorney General’s website (see attached hyperlink).

The League of Women Voters Hudson is celebrating Sunshine Week during March 11-17, 2018, to recognize the importance of public access to government records and information.
