Purpose & Explanation
A Letter of Inquiry was submitted to the Burton D. Morgan Foundation on February 2, 2018, on behalf of Hudson Community Television. The Letter of Inquiry, along with letters of support from Brian D. Wilch, Principal of Hudson High School, and Liz Murphy, Executive Director of Destination Hudson, requested consideration for funding to upgrade Hudson Community Television’s Communication Information System. The upgrade would allow HCTV to provide more comprehensive content to viewers through online streaming and cable, as well as through monitors in locations throughout the City. HCTV would also be able to share content between partners, such as the Hudson City School District and Destination Hudson, as well as additional partners in the future. The grant request was for $16,750.25.
