Executive Summary: This Resolution will enable PASCO, Inc. (fka “Automated Tracking Systems, Inc.”) to lease the building located at 1140 Terex Road from the City for a period of 120 calendar days as part of the company’s transition out of the building.

Purpose & Explanation
As part of the transition out of the building at 1140 Terex Road, PASCO has asked to lease the space from the City for a period of 120 calendar days at no cost. In the event PASCO goes over this timeframe, the rent to the City will be per the lease agreement.
Timing Considerations
This Resolution will be effective immediately upon passage.
